The colour scheme is green, blue and pink, white its bright. It makes me think of a summer time day as her dress is brightly coloured.

Media Language

1. The title (masthead) is in serif font because 'Tatler' is an established brand. The cover lines (describing the articles inside the magazine) are all in sans serif by comparison.

2. The cover lines all refer to or describe wealthy people (like the Queen or Boris's brother) which links to the target audience of this magazine.

3. The colour scheme is made up of pinks, blues and greens - it makes the reader think of summer time, which might be when the magazine was released. It creates a happy, bright atmosphere.

4. The central image of Emma Weymouth highlights her as the first black Marchioness of Bath - a royal title. This could interest readers as many of Tatler's readership would be interested in these types of people.
